Conferences
The Castle is a very flexible venue with a number of rooms which can be used in any combination to match the requirements of your conference or exhibition.
We can also provide a variety of catering services from tea and coffee to buffet meals or cooked meals for you and your delegates.
As well as providing the rooms for your conference, we have technicians on site to set up and help you with any equipment that you may choose to hire.
An added benefit of holding your conference at The Castle is the free car parking here on site. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the Bistro, Foyer & Function Rooms.

The Main Auditorium
The Main Auditorium has a capacity for 500 people, which makes it the ideal venue for a conference, seminar or product launch.
There are a variety of seating options and our technicians can be on hand to ensure the smooth running of all technical aspects of your conference.

- With Orchestral Pit or Thrust Stage x 433
- Flat Floor Format x 487

The Studio
The Studio Theatre is the ideal function room if you are looking for a large space that can be utilised in many different ways. The format is very flexible for Conferences, Seminars and Product launches. The stage can be removed if not required.
Capacity:
- Theatre Style x 84 Raked Seating
- Flat Floor Format x 92
- Cabaret Style x 50
- Sit-Down Meal x 90
- Dinner & Dance x 64
- Buffet x 100
These capacities will change depending on whether a stage or dance floor is required.
Lounge
This recently refurbished private function room is ideal for smaller conferences or specific sessions for a smaller number of delegates.There are two parts to the lounge that can be hired separately if required, the large part of the lounge, which can seat 40, and the small part, which can seat 10.
If the whole room is hired, the following seating can be catered for:
- Sit-Down Meal - 50 people
- Buffet - 70 people
- Cabaret style - 30 people
- Theatre style - 60 people
The Rehearsal Room
The Rehearsal Room is a quiet room away from the main part of the building, which will seat 55 people in theatre style. Like The Lounge, this is ideal for smaller conferences or individual sessions.
