Ila Desai - June Exhibition
" I am fascinated with my immediate environment, tying to capture what I see with the camera is a natural extension of my desire to explore the world around me. I gauge my success on the reaction and emotion of my audience, with a valid print transporting the viewer back to the time and place of the original moment".
Ila will be displaying a variety of her work, encompassing a range of subjects including live music, urban decay and the physical environment.
Work will be available for sale throughout the exhibition.

Northamptonshire Bonsai Society - Sat 27 June
Northamptonshire Bonsai Society is celebrating its 20th birthday at The Castle on Saturday 27th June. Bonsai is the art of displaying aged trees in pots and came from China around 2000 years ago when the first Bonsai trees were collected from the wild and revered as artistic objects. Members of the Northamptonshire Bonsai Society have created some beautiful Bonsai that embody the essence of aged trees and some of them will be on show for the public to see at this celebratory exhibition.
